HYDP301 series online density (concentration) sensor is a continuous online measuring instrument of liquid density, mainly used for industrial process automation control. The corresponding 4-20mA analog signal is generated according to the change of the medium density, and at the same time it can be converted to output a digital signal to facilitate remote calibration and monitoring. According to different industrial processes, density can be expressed as: Brix degree, GL degree, Baume degree, Plato degree and concentration percentage.
HYDP301 density (concentration) sensors can be widely used in industrial pipelines such as on-site pipelines, open or closed storage tanks, and can continuously and real-time measure the liquid density of pipelines or tanks online.
Working principle
The HYDP301 density (concentration) sensor is based on the Archimedes principle: P=ρgh, the static pressure of a liquid column at a certain height is proportional to the density of the liquid, so it can be based on the static pressure value measured by a pressure measuring instrument Measure the density of liquids. The detection end uses a capsule pressure measuring element to directly measure the static pressure value of the liquid column, and then processes the program to convert the static pressure value into the density value of the medium.
